Achime Malick Ndiaye is an Engineer responsible for Telecommunications Studies at Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport, Telecommunications and ICT of Dakar.[1] He is also a Teacher at private schools, in subjects such as network training, switching systems, and data transmission.[2]
He takes part in a variety of international, and African focused IT conferences and organizations.
