Carthney Laukon is the Director of Communications within the Marshal Islands' Ministry of Transportation and Communications.[1]
He attended ICANN Los Angeles,[2]the 1st PACCERT Stakeholder Meeting,[3] and he represents the Marshall Islands at the Pacific ICT Ministerial Forum.[4]
He worked in the Likiep's Internet express project, which was a development project for Internet and Telecommunication in Marshall Islands.[5]
