Connie Francis (Shirima) is the Director of ICT Applications and Services at Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA). Before that, she was a Senior Information and Communications Development Officer at TCRA.[1] She is the Representative from Tanzania at GAC.[2]
She attends AfTLD[3] and ICANN Meetings.[4][5]
