Dina Barakat has studied at Cairo University and is presently working as an Assistant to the director for operations of the Egyptian Universities Network. [1][2] She was a panelist in the meeting "Bootstrapping ccTLD growth and development in developing countries."[3] She attended ACRP - Cairo, October 2008.[4]
