Gulten Tepe is a Sr. Coordinator for Advice and Policy Support and GAC Relations. She joined ICANN in April 2015. She speaks English and Turkish and is based in Istanbul, Turkey. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Istanbul University.
