Hashim Nouman is a network engineer from Pakistan with an interest in the management of the Internet at large. He is currently working as a Communication & Security Specialist at Mobilink, where his team is responsible for the operational and up-gradation tasks of the IP network. He also manages the VoIP systems and security of the network. Nouman has a Bachelor's in Information and Communication Systems Engineering and has done some certifications on networks. Apart from work, he is an active member of the Internet Society - Islamabad Chapter. He routinely follows and sometimes participates in the activities of SANOG, APNIC and ICANN. [1]
