José (Alberto) Dominguez is a technician at Indotel.[1]
He was a trainer in the RADEI program, which was aimed at teaching children designing and operating advanced broadband networks.[2]
Mr. Dominguez taught a Network Management workshop with Carlos Vicente at the WALC 2007 event held in Coro.[3]
José Dominguez was a fellow at ICANN Mexico City.[4]
