Ontology notes
The Permanent ID is generated by the MediaWiki core whenever a page is created, assigning a unique integer (PageID) that remains constant even if the page title is changed or the page is moved. By decoupling the semantic identifier from the human-readable title, this ID ensures that any data or links referencing the page remain valid over time.
