Mohammed Rashed Al-Dhaifi is the System Administrator for YemenNet, an ISP in Yemen. He attended the ICANN Silicon Valley Meeting through the ICANN Fellowship Program. His main interests for attending the conference were in registries solutions, IDN, DNSSEC, and enhancing .ye ccTLD services.[1]
