The ALT is composed of:

'''Vice Chairs''': Typically two, each overseeing specific areas such as policy development or outreach.

'''Regional Representatives''': One member from each of the five Regional At-Large Organizations ([[RALO]]<nowiki/>s):

* AFRALO (Africa)
* APRALO (Asia, Australasia, and Pacific Islands)
* EURALO (Europe)
* LACRALO (Latin America and Caribbean Islands)
* NARALO (North America)

These members are appointed annually by the ALAC Chair and are expected to fulfill specific leadership criteria and expectations.
