Pascal Bekono is a Computer and Telecom engineer, internet governance graduate and with a good experience in Data Governance a teacher, and ICT policies where I had the opportunity to benefit from many awards with Carnegie Mellon University, Commonwealth, La francophonie, ITU, etc. He has recently joined Venture Capital training with Laconia Venture. His 13 years of experience with the Ministry of Justice equiped him with IT regulation, laws and organization charters which very important within ICANN
