Carlos (Alberto) Watson (Carazo) is the primary contact at ISOC Costa Rica. He is also the IT Manager at ccTLD .cr.[1]
He attended ARCP[2] and the introductory SROC course in 2009.[3] He was a Fellow at IETF 73,[4] 76,[5] and 79.[6]
He attends LACNIC Meetings.[7][8]
