Carsten Schiefner is the Director of ENUM Solutions at Instra Corporation Pty. Ltd.[1] He has also worked for TelNic, Deutsche Telekom, RIPE NCC, Primus Group and Siemens.[2]
Schiefner's job responsibility at RIPE included the coordination and leadership of all activities related to the ENUM Tier 0 registry for e164.arpa.[3] At Deutsche Telekom he was responsible for the assessments of emerging technologies and markets - such as VoIP, FMC or NGN developments.[4]
Carsten Schiefner studied Computer and Communication Science at the Freie Universität Berlin.
