Chin-Yi Liu is a Professor of Law and the National Taiwan University, and a Board Member of TWNIC. She has been teaching since 2004. Ms. Liu is a frequent attendee of ICANN Meetings, where she is involved with the ALAC and ccNSO. She is also involved with ISOC.

Chin-Yi Liu received her J.S.D from the University of Chicago Law School, and her L.L.M. from Harvard Law School.
