Dwi Elfrida has been a Regulation and Public Policy Drafter for the Indonesia's Ministry of ICT since March 2008. She is drafted a number of regulations related to Internet utilizations, eGovernment, and ICT issues, as well as analyzed models for reform of ccTLD management and public sector reform.[1]
She is also involved with ICANN through the GAC and as an ICANN Fellow.[2][1]
As of ICANN 54 in Dublin, she has been to over two ICANN Meetings, and has also attended IGF.[2]
