IGF 2016, the 11th annual IGF meeting, was held in Jalisco, Mexico.
Context
[edit | edit source]It was the first IGF meeting after the United Nations' General Assembly renewed its mandate at the WSIS +10 High Level Event in 2015.[1]
Theme
[edit | edit source]The main theme was "Enabling Inclusive and Sustainable Growth". [2] The forum featured dialogues and debates surrounding the following themes, among others:
