    Julia Caldeira is a Brazilian lawyer with a Master's degree in Private International Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), with a research project focused on Digital Populism and its effects on the online regulatory landscape. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same institution. Has three and a half years of experience in research and project leadership at the Institute for Internet and Society (IRIS), contributing to projects on Content Moderation and Digital Inclusion. Fellow in the LACNIC Programa Líderes (2024), conducting research on the multistakeholder approach in international Internet governance forums. Experience in advocacy and policy engagement as a member of the Privacy and Surveillance Working Group within the Brazilian Coalition for Digital Rights. Proficient in the use of ADVWin; trained and experienced in Agile Management with Scrum. Fluent in English and experienced in teaching.
