John Crain is currently ICANN's Chief Security, Stability & Resiliency Officer. Since the beginning of his career, John has been involved in the administration of Internet Identifiers.[1] In October 2013, it was announced that Crain would take over the duties of outgoing Chief Security Officer Jeff Moss in 2014.[2]
Career History
[edit | edit source]Before assuming his current position he was the Chief Technical Officer at ICANN, a role he held since 2004.[3] Mr. Crain has also served as the Manager of Internal Operation at RIPE NCC.[4] He is a member of the RSSAC Caucus.
