Jose Luiz Ribeiro Filho works for the Brazilian National Research and Education Network, where he manages and operates the country's academic network. He is also a Counselor at the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee.[1]
He is a regular ICANN attendee; as of ICANN 48 in Buenos Aires, he has been to over six ICANN conferences.[1]
