Kashif Elahi Bhatti is an IT and telecoms expert. He is the ICT Assistant Director at Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, as well as a liaison with ITU. He participates in ISOC as a Member of ISOC Pakistan. He has also participated in several Working Groups, and has published reports about V42V6 and DNSSEC. He attended ICANN Singapore as an ICANN Fellow.[1]
