Michael Cooperman has been the Chief Financial Officer of Tucows Inc. since January 2000, and also serves as its Principal Accounting Officer and Secretary.[1]
Career History
From October 1997 to September 1999, Michael served as CEO of Archer Enterprise Systems Inc., a developer of sales force automation software. He has also served as CEO, COO, President and Board Member at SoftQuad International Inc., a leading provider of content publishing tools for the Internet and corporate Intranets. Before that, Michael spent eight years at Delrina Corporation, where he served as the CFO, Secretary-Treasurer and a Member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Delrina, he served as Vice President of Finance at Ingram Software Ltd.[2][3]
Education
Cooperman holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences from the University of South Africa.[4]
