Moses Bagyendera is the Acting Commissioner of Information Management Services at the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Uganda.[1] His responsibilities include policy formation and the analysis of the legal aspects of ICT policies. He also serves as a Mobilizer at the Joy Centre.[2]
Mr. Bagyendera is a Certified Information Security Systems Professional. He is also a member of ISOC Uganda.[3]
Career History
Before joining the ministry of Uganda, he was the Logistics Management Information Systems Specialist and Management Sciences for Health (MSH) for 1 year. He has also worked as the Head of IT at Opportunity International.
