Oliver Elste is the CEO of Smart-NIC GmbH, a German registrar and domain reseller.[1]
He is a regular ICANN attendee, and as of ICANN 48 in Buenos Aires, has attended more than four conferences.[1]
Since May 2017, Oliver is a member of the eco Association Names & Numbers Steering Committee.[2]
