Pallavi Ridout is a Senior Manager of Human Resources at ICANN, where she is responsible for talent acquisition, learning and development, business partner functions, and much more.[1] She has held that role since September 2015, though she has been with ICANN since March 2014, originally as a Director of Talent Development.[2]
Ridout has also been a motivational speaker and guest lecturer since September 2013, where she primarily speaks at schools about psychology or at organizations such as Toastmasters, Rotary Clubs, and the like.[2]
As of ICANN 54 in Dublin, she had been to over two ICANN Meeting.[1]
