Russ Weinstein is the Vice President of Global Domain Division Accounts & Services at ICANN, which he has held since July 2020.[1] Weinstein joined ICANN as Operations Manager for the New gTLD Program in October 2012, where he managed projects for pre-delegation testing and supported the Application Evaluation Panels for the New gTLD Program.[2]
