Russell Richardson is the General Counsel and Deputy Director of Industry Affairs at the Cayman Islands' Information and Communications Technology Authority.[1] He has held that role since September 2015, though he has been with ICANN since March 2014, originally as a Director of Talent Development.[2]
Richardson has been involved with ICANN through Nominet.[2]
ICANN 54 in Dublin was his first ICANN Meeting.[1]
