Stephen Spencer is the Chief Operations Officer, Head of Registry at IG Group Boston Ivy. IG is a global leader in online trading, providing fast and flexible access to over 10,000 financial markets – including shares, indices, forex, commodities and binaries. Stephen is Managing IG Group's Registry service, the provider of new Top Level Brand domains. Overseeing the Customer experience which entails the following; operation of each TLD and managing legal, compliance and registrar services as and when needed. Providing reporting and insight into the performance of each TLD to feed into marketing efforts. Stephen Spencer was the Director, GTLD Support AFILIAS and had held that position since January 2009. He oversees all TLD support and service and account management for over 22 million registered domains, plus their new gTLDs.[2]
