Steve Holsten is formerly the Director of the Legal Department for Verisign. As Director of the Legal Department, his main responsibilities are related to Internet and E-Commerce Law, Telecommunications Law, Commercial Transactions, Contracts and Licensing.
He also participates in ICANN's Registry Stakeholder Group (RySG), where he once worked with the GNSO Improvements Team.[1]
He is currently the Vice President & General Counsel at Eloqua.[2]
Education
Mr. Holsten received his B.A. from Willaims College and his J.D. from The University of California.[3]
