Tomas Mackus is the DNS Tech manager at Lithuanian Academic Research Network. He also serves as the Technical Manager for the .LT registry at Kaunas University's Technology Information & Technology Development Institute. He has previously worked as a Senior laboratory assistant at the same institution, and he holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from there as well.
