I am a "browser" of the freedom spaces to develop ideas and ideals to build a better and free world. I am a member of CLAD, GIGAPP, IPSA, LASA, IAPSS, UIM among other international organizations. I collaborate as a civil society member on the Executive Committee in the Strategic Planning Council of the Government of the city of Buenos Aires. My interests include Participation of Organized Civil Society, Local Public Policy, Cyberdemocracy, and Co-production of Public Policies within New Urban Phenomena.
