Retired 2005 Participated in the creation of ICANN, EU delegate to the GAC, Secretary of the GAC. Memberships: ISOC Wallonia Chapter, European Internet Foundation.

Member of the Board of EURid: 2010-2015.

Europe, according to the ICANN Geographic Regions (ICANN Geographic Regions).

Governmental Advisory Committee. Considers and provides advice on the activities of ICANN as they relate to concerns of governments, particularly matters where there may be an interaction between ICANN's policies and various laws and international agreements or where they may affect public policy issues (ICANN Bylaws).
