Emmanuel Nnaemeka Vitus is a Nigerian certified IT Project Manager, Digital Rights Activist and Founder of OrphanHub Innovative Foundation. He is also a member of the Noncommercial Users Constituency (NCUC) in ICANN and serves as a media and communications member. He is a Co chair of the Internet Governance working group of the Internet Society Nigeria Chapter. He serves as the West African Regional Director for the Africa Digital Inclusion Alliance (ADIA), Country Director for the West African Initiative Nigeria Chapter (TWAI NG) and Regional Accessibility Liaison Officer of the Internet Society Accessibility Standing Group (ISOC ASG).
