23-year old student. Studying at Egerton University,Kenya. Interested in e-commerce and all things pertaining to trade and development. ICT4D is also an interesting aspect that Joel would love to tackle. He has worked in the IT Department of Kinangop Boost Sacco,in Kinangop,Nyandarua. He has been mobilising rural youths to join such kinds and placing emphasis in saving through use of Internet,to improve their living standards,and empower the next generation.
