Maria Otanes, also known as Ria, is a Secretariat Operations Coordinator for the Policy Development department. In this role, she supports the Customer Standing Committee (CSC) and Empowered Community Admin Committee (EC). She is based out of the Washington, DC office where she started back in July 2012. Her previous role at ICANN provided her the opportunity to work with multiple departments.
