Norbert is an independent consultant and business coach in Switzerland, and he is engaging as a volunteer in a number of Internet governance related civil society groups, among them the Swiss civil society network Digitale Gesellschaft https://digitale-gesellschaft.ch and the Just Net Coalition (JNC) http://justnetcoalition.org . Much of this civil society work is motivated by how the human right to privacy, and by implication even democracy itself, are threatened by surveillance state laws and by data gathering and AI practices of profit-hungry international corporations.
