Wayne Reiher is the Director of ICT at the Ministry of Information, Communication, Transport and Tourism Development of the Government of Kiribati. Wayne is a member of the Kiribati Computer & Internet Society and Pacific Islands Chapter of the Internet Society (PICISOC).

Wayne is the Kiribati Representative to GAC and he is a fellow of ICANN57.

Education

Wayne obtained his BSc in Computer Science and Information Systems and Master of Computing and Information Systems from the University of the South Pacific

Governmental Advisory Committee. Considers and provides advice on the activities of ICANN as they relate to concerns of governments, particularly matters where there may be an interaction between ICANN's policies and various laws and international agreements or where they may affect public policy issues (ICANN Bylaws).
