    Jaqueline Pigatto is the Governance and Regulation Coordinator at Data Privacy Brasil (NGO). She has a Ph.D. at the School of Humanities and Sciences, Sao Paulo State University (UNESP), Brazil. Her B.A. and Master's degree are in International Relations (UNESP). She's specialized in international institutions and global governance, with special focus in UN processes and Global South perspectives.

    Career History

    Her researches were financed by FAPESP in BA, Masters and PhD years. Her PhD thesis won the Universities' Best Thesis Prize in 2025.

    She has been working at Data Privacy Brasil since 2020.
